TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The owner of the online store RSLsport.ee (hereinafter "Online Store") is RSLSPORT OÜ (registration code 17364094), located at Vesivärava 37, Tallinn, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

The terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are displayed next to the products. The price is supplemented by a fee for delivering the goods. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.

Placing an Order

To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To finalize the order, the required data fields must be filled in, and a suitable delivery method chosen. The total cost will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

Note: When paying via bank link, ensure you click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank's page.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – for bank link payments, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and for credit card payments, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller has no access to the buyer's banking or credit card information. The agreement is considered concluded upon the receipt of the amount due in the Online Store's bank account.

The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards personal data necessary for payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.

If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to their unavailability or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity, and the paid amount (including the delivery cost) will be refunded immediately but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia.

The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods:

  • Venipak
  • Pickup from Kaupsify collection point, Torupilli Selver shopping center (Vesivärava 37, Tallinn)

The delivery costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the delivery method.

Domestic shipments in Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 2-7 working days from the conclusion of the sales agreement. Deliveries outside Estonia take place within 10 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the right is reserved to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded in the e-store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same manner as allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount based on the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a free-form withdrawal statement must be submitted and sent to the email address info@rslsport.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods unless the reason for the return is that the goods do not correspond to the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the courier within the same period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will immediately, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement, refund all fees received under the agreement to the buyer.

The Online Store may refuse to issue refunds until the goods subject to the agreement have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer explicitly chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the additional cost exceeding the standard delivery fee.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store has been significantly lower than the market price due to an error.

Right to File a Complaint

The Online Store is responsible for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and that appears within two years of delivery to the buyer. For the first year, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store.

The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months of discovering a defect by sending an email to info@rslsport.ee or calling +37258635536.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects caused after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the defective goods will be repaired or replaced. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees incurred under the sales agreement.

The Online Store responds to consumer complaints in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

The Online Store uses personal data provided by the buyer solely for processing orders and delivering goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards personal data to logistics service providers for the delivery of goods.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed their consent by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive such notifications.

The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the promotional email.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to info@rslsport.ee or made via phone at +37258635536.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural conditions can be reviewed, and an application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from agreements between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of a buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.

The buyer may also refer the dispute to the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
